The warm greeting at check-in made us feel instantly welcome. The modern decor in the hotel added a nice touch. Our room, though small, was impeccablyvery comfy and tidy. We were kinda surprised when the hotel staff placed our family members in adjoining rooms without us even asking. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Just perfect! Extremelly clean and functional apartment. Very well located and with a very good breakfast. Definitely will stay there again in my next trip.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the station! It was so convenient to travel to different parts of the city. we were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to supermarkets and department stores. the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was a little disappointing. the amenities provided for shaving were limited, as mentioned by a previous guest.

Convenient location, only a 15-minute drive to Tokoname 🚗. Great for families looking for a place to stay!

We loved the convenient location right next to/near the station, making transportation very easy. The staff was helpful and cute, providing excellent hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with daily room cleaning and modern decor. Breakfast options were great, providing both Japanese and Western styles.

Staying in this hotel made my city break in Japan even better than expected. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great tips on nearby restaurants and local activities. the location could not have been better, right next to the train station and with easy access to public transportation. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast, with plenty of Japanese options as well as some familiar western-style dishes. Plus, the room was always spotless, thanks to attentive daily cleaning by the staff.

Of course, as with many hotels in Japan, the room's bathroom was quite small. the size of the double bed was a bit smaller than what I'm used to.

Two supermarkets and a department store right next door, along with easy access to the train station, made it easy and convenient to explore the city on our romantic escape. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options, both Western and Japanese, that kept us satisfied during our stay.

The staff's limited English made communication a bit difficult. while the room was clean and comfortable, the lack of space made it a bit cramped for a romantic escape.
